Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Custom orders may take longer to prepare, depending on the complexity of the design. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Time:
We offer standard inpost shipping . Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected:
• Standard Shipping:
2-3 business days
Please note that deliveries will be sent to the nearest Paczkomat location based on the address provided. Shipping times may vary, especially during high demand periods.
International Shipping:
We ship worldwide! International shipping times and rates will vary depending on your location. Please be aware that customs fees and additional charges may apply for international orders, and they are the responsibility of the customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
Custom Orders:
Due to the personalized nature of custom chains, all custom orders are final sale. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom items. Please make sure all details are correct before finalizing your order.
Non-Custom Orders:
For all non-custom items, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
How to Return or Exchange:
1. Contact us at @ghettojewelry_ with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
2. We’ll provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.
3. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at @ghettojewelry__with photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
